Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For most in-stock products, RestoPack offers low MOQs starting at just one carton. This allows for cost-effective small-batch purchasing. Custom-printed items have separate MOQs, starting as low as 200–1,000 units.
Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
A: In-stock products ship within 1–3 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after final artwork approval. You will receive a tracking number once your shipment has been dispatched.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to all locations within the continental United States. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Q: Do you deliver directly to my business location?
A: Yes. We offer door-to-door delivery to business addresses, including restaurants, cafés, offices, and fulfillment centers. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: At this time, we do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are processed and shipped through our distribution partners.

A: We offer competitive MOQs for custom printing, typically starting at 200–1,000 units, depending on the product and print method.
Q: Do you provide help with artwork and design?
A: Yes. Our team can assist with file setup, artwork placement, and print specifications to help ensure your design prints clearly and consistently.
Q: What is the lead time for custom orders?
A: Standard production takes 7–10 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders may be available on request.
