    Orders & Payment

    All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before processing any orders, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. RestoPack reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

    Custom Orders

    Customers are responsible for providing correct artwork and approving final proofs before production.
    We are not responsible for errors in final prints once the proof has been approved.
    Minimum order quantities (MOQs) and lead times apply and are disclosed during the quote process.

    Intellectual Property

    All content, logos, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of RestoPack. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    Shipping & Delivery

    We ship to addresses within the continental U.S. For remote regions or international shipping, please contact us directly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supply chain factors or carrier delays. RestoPack is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

    Returns & Cancellations

    Due to the nature of disposable packaging, we do not accept returns on used or opened products. Unused, unopened items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and a restocking fee being applied. Custom-printed items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
