When a Partial Transfer VOID label is lifted, separated areas of the security pattern transfer onto the application surface while the remaining pattern stays visible on the removed label. This creates evidence on both the sealed item and the sticker, making it difficult to remove and reapply the label without leaving a visible indication of interference.

They are suitable for product boxes, electronic devices, equipment housings, storage containers, document envelopes, access panels, warranty seals, shipping packages, and retail products.

Choose from six color options:

Five sizes are available, ranging from 1.18 × 0.59 inches to 2.76 × 0.98 inches. The smaller sizes work well for compact devices, boxes, lids, and access points, while the longer options provide additional space for branding, instructions, serial numbers, or security messages.

For best adhesion, apply each label to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Remove dust, grease, moisture, and other contaminants before application, then press firmly across the entire sticker. Allow sufficient bonding time before testing or handling.

VOID appearance, adhesive strength, and residue transfer may vary depending on the surface material, coating, texture, temperature, pressure, and application time. Testing the selected label on the intended surface is recommended before placing a full production order.

2. What does Partial Transfer mean?

With Partial Transfer, part of the VOID pattern transfers to the application surface while another part remains visible on the removed label. This creates tamper evidence on both the sealed item and the sticker.

3. Where will the VOID pattern appear after removal?

The security message will appear partly on the application surface and partly on the removed label. The exact appearance and transfer strength can vary depending on the surface material, coating, application pressure, temperature, and bonding time.

4. Can the sticker be removed and reapplied?

No. These labels are designed for a single application. Once removed, the VOID pattern is activated and the label cannot normally be reapplied without visible evidence of removal.

5. Are VOID stickers the same as tamper-proof stickers?

They are more accurately described as tamper-evident rather than completely tamper-proof. They do not physically prevent every attempt to open a package, but they provide visible evidence that the seal has been lifted, removed, or disturbed.

6. What surfaces are suitable for these stickers?

They generally perform best on clean, dry, smooth surfaces such as glass, metal, rigid plastic, coated paperboard, painted equipment, electronics housings, document envelopes, and packaging boxes. Testing is recommended because coatings and surface textures can affect performance.

7. Will the stickers work on rough cardboard?

Adhesion and VOID transfer may be less consistent on rough, dusty, fibrous, corrugated, or uncoated cardboard. For these surfaces, test a sample before ordering the full quantity.

8. What is the difference between the available colors?

Silver provides a traditional metallic security appearance. White offers a clean printing background. Red creates high visibility, Blue provides a professional appearance, and Black works well with dark or premium packaging. Holographic produces a reflective, color-shifting security effect.
