Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after the order is placed.

Please note:
  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Delivery time depends on the product type and the shipping method selected:

Non-Custom Products

  • Standard delivery (Free): 25–40 days
  • Express delivery (Paid): 12–20 days
  • For paid expedited shipping, please contact us at orders@restopack.com.

Custom Products

  • Standard delivery: 30–50 days
  • Faster delivery (Paid): 15–30 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics conditions or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where available), allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Return Policy

At RestoPack, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return terms below before requesting a return.

Non-Defective Returns (No Product Quality Issue)

If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the following conditions apply:

  • An 80% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount (i.e., only 20% of the item value will be refunded).
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.
