1. What are the cups and lids made from?

The cups are made from polypropylene (PP), and the separate lids are made from PET plastic. Both are clear, keeping the contents visible.

2. What capacities are available?

Choose 1.5oz, 2oz, 3.25oz, 4oz, or 5.5oz.

Select according to your finished portion size and allow sufficient headspace for fitting the lid.

3. What are the dimensions?

Dimensions are shown as Diameter × Height:

1.5oz: 2.44″ × 0.87″; 2oz: 2.44″ × 1.18″; 3.25oz: 2.91″ × 1.34″; 4oz: 2.91″ × 1.61″; 5.5oz: 2.91″ × 2.40″.

4. Are the PET lids included?

Yes. Base pricing includes one cup and one matching separate PET lid per set.

Custom round stickers are optional and cost extra.

5. Can I add a custom round sticker to the lid?

Yes. Optional round stickers can display your logo, restaurant name, sauce variety, product name, text, or custom artwork.

The sticker is intended for the exterior top surface of the lid.

6. What material and finish do the stickers use?

The stickers use 50-micron synthetic self-adhesive paper. They are die-cut into a round shape, digitally printed on one side, and finished with single-sided matte lamination.

The stated thickness refers to the sticker substrate, rather than the complete label with adhesive, laminate, and backing.

7. What sticker diameter should I choose?

Choose a diameter that fits the lid’s usable flat area without extending over raised edges or closure features.

The cup’s overall diameter is not the same as the printable sticker area. Confirm the label size and artwork layout before production.

8. Will the stickers arrive already attached?

Confirm the application arrangement when ordering. Stickers may be supplied separately or require an agreed application service.

For separate application, place each sticker on a clean, dry exterior lid surface.

9. What foods can these portion cups hold?

They are intended for portioning sauces, dressings, dips, condiments, and small food servings.

Confirm compatibility with your recipe, filling temperature, and holding conditions. Fit the matching lid evenly and test the filled package under your intended handling conditions.

10. What is the minimum order quantity, and do stickers cost extra?

The minimum order is 2,500 cup-and-lid sets. Available quantities are 2,500, 5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000, or 30,000 sets.
