Unlike traditionally printed napkins, debossed napkins use pressure to press your artwork into the surface of the tissue paper. This creates a subtle recessed impression that coordinates naturally with the napkin’s background color. Because the design is produced without ink or foil, the result is clean, elegant, and ideal for premium branding.

Personalize the napkins with your logo, initials, monogram, event date, short message, or simple graphic. The debossed design is applied to the front side of the folded napkin and can be positioned in either a square or diagonal orientation.

Four folded sizes are available to suit different serving occasions:

A broad selection of background colors is available, along with a Custom Color option for projects requiring closer brand or event coordination. Napkins may be supplied in standard bulk packaging or placed in optional holder boxes for organized presentation and convenient distribution.

For the clearest debossed result, artwork with bold lettering, clean outlines, and uncomplicated shapes is recommended. Very small text, fine lines, gradients, photographs, and highly detailed illustrations may not reproduce clearly with this pressure-based process.
