Your logo, monogram, initials, event date, or custom design is applied using a heat-stamping process that transfers reflective metallic foil onto the surface of the napkin. Unlike standard ink printing, foil stamping produces a polished finish that catches the light and helps important design elements stand out.

Choose from metallic foil colors such as Bright Gold, Bright Silver, and Rose Gold, along with other available foil-color options. Gold creates a classic and luxurious presentation, silver offers a clean and modern appearance, and rose gold adds a warm, contemporary touch.

A Custom Color option is also available for brands, weddings, and special events requiring a specific background color. Custom colors are subject to material availability and production color-matching tolerances.

Four folded sizes are available for different food-service and hospitality applications:

5″ × 5″ Beverage: Suitable for cocktails, coffee, drinks, appetizers, and desserts
6.5″ × 6.5″ Luncheon: Suitable for cafés, catered lunches, bakeries, and casual dining
8″ × 8″ Dinner: Suitable for formal dining, restaurants, weddings, and full-service meals

Choose 2-ply construction for a lightweight and economical option or 3-ply construction for greater thickness, absorbency, and a more substantial feel. Available napkin styles include Standard, Coined, and Patterned.

The foil-stamped design is applied to the front side of the folded napkin. Artwork may be arranged in either a square orientation, aligned with the napkin edges, or a diagonal orientation for a corner-facing presentation.

Napkins can be supplied in standard bulk packaging or with optional holder boxes for organized presentation and convenient placement at beverage stations, dining tables, reception counters, and hospitality areas.

For the clearest foil-stamped result, artwork should use bold lettering, clean outlines, and uncomplicated shapes. Vector files are strongly recommended. Photographs, gradients, extremely fine lines, and very small text may not reproduce clearly with the foil-stamping process.
