Bring the refined appearance and substantial hand feel of linen to your table service without the laundering and storage requirements of traditional cloth napkins. Our Custom Linen Napkins are made from premium airlaid paper, providing a softer, thicker, and more fabric-like texture than conventional tissue napkins.

These disposable linen-feel napkins combine elegant presentation with convenient single-use service. Their soft texture and absorbent construction make them suitable for restaurants, cafés, hotels, cocktail bars, weddings, banquets, corporate events, catering services, private parties, spas, and other hospitality settings.

A selection of standard napkin background colors is available. Custom background colors are also supported for branding, weddings, themed events, and other projects requiring a specific color. Customers may provide a Pantone number or suitable color reference for custom-color requests. Final matching remains subject to airlaid material availability and normal production tolerances.

Four folded sizes are available for different occasions:

5″ × 5″ Beverage: Suitable for cocktails, coffee, drinks, appetizers, and desserts
6.5″ × 6.5″ Luncheon: Suitable for cafés, catered lunches, bakeries, and casual dining
8″ × 8″ Dinner: Suitable for restaurants, weddings, banquets, and full-service meals
8″ × 4″ Guest Towel: Suitable for restrooms, reception areas, spas, hotels, and hospitality service

The customized design is applied to the front side of the folded napkin. Artwork can be arranged in either a square orientation, aligned with the napkin edges, or a diagonal orientation for a corner-facing presentation.

Napkins may be supplied without additional presentation packaging or with optional holder boxes for convenient display at dining tables, beverage stations, reception counters, restrooms, and event venues.

For the best results, upload high-resolution, print-ready artwork. Vector files are strongly recommended for logos, text, line graphics, and foil-stamped designs. Full-color artwork should provide sufficient contrast against the selected napkin background.

1. Are these napkins made from real linen fabric?

No. They are made from premium airlaid paper engineered to provide a soft, substantial, linen-like texture. They are disposable paper napkins rather than washable woven-linen napkins.

2. What is airlaid paper?

Airlaid paper is a fiber-based material manufactured using an air-forming process. It generally feels thicker, softer, and more cloth-like than conventional lightweight tissue paper.

3. What printing styles are available?

You can choose standard Imprinted printing or Foil Imprinted customization. Standard printing is available in 1-color, 2-color, 3-color, or full-color. Foil printing is available in Bright Gold or Bright Silver.

4. What is the difference between Imprinted and Foil Imprinted?

Imprinted designs use standard printing inks and are suitable for colorful or detailed artwork. Foil Imprinted designs use reflective metallic foil, creating a polished finish best suited to simple logos, monograms, initials, and event dates.

5. Which option should I choose for a colorful logo?

Standard Imprinted printing is recommended for multicolor logos, gradients, photographs, and detailed graphics. Depending on the artwork, you may select 1-color, 2-color, 3-color, or full-color printing.

6. Which option should I choose for a wedding monogram?

Foil Imprinted customization is an excellent choice for wedding monograms, initials, names, dates, and other elegant designs. Bright Gold creates a warm, classic appearance, while Bright Silver provides a clean, modern finish.

7. Where will my design be applied?

The design is applied to the front side of the folded napkin. Front Side Only is the standard print position for this product.

8. What is the difference between square and diagonal orientation?

Square orientation aligns the artwork with the straight edges of the napkin. Diagonal orientation rotates the design for a corner-facing presentation.

9. Are custom napkin background colors available?
