1. What are custom clear PET flat-bottom cups used for?

They are designed for iced coffee, smoothies, fruit cups, frozen yogurt, ice cream, desserts, and other cold foods and beverages.

2. Which capacities are available?

Available capacities are 8 oz (240 ml), 12 oz (450 ml), 14 oz (530 ml), 16 oz (610 ml), 24 oz (805 ml), and 32 oz (1,040 ml).

3. What material are the cups made from?

The cups are made from clear, food-grade PET for excellent product visibility and dependable cold-food performance.

4. What is the rim size?

All six sizes share a wide 4.61 in (117 mm) rim, making lid selection and multi-size programs easier.

5. Are lids available?

Yes. Matching clear PET flat lids and dome lids are available as optional accessories. Cups can also be ordered without lids.

6. Can I print my logo on the cups?

Yes. Custom logo printing is available in 1–4 colors. Submit vector artwork for the cleanest printing result.

7. Can these cups be used for hot drinks?

No. PET cups are intended for cold foods and beverages and should not be used for hot liquids.

8. What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per size and design.

9. Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. A digital proof is normally provided within 1–2 business days for approval before production begins.

10. How long do production and shipping take?

Production takes approximately 10–15 business days after proof approval. Sea shipping is typically about 35–40 days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
